Peak primarily work with top 100 companies in Scandinavia, and this requires that you besides a number proven project successes also have a toolset within your craft and within people- and change management. We expect that you - Have an academic background, and at the top of your class
- Have minimum 5 years of proven experience within your core competence
- hold one or more Best Practice certifications
- comfortably can navigate in international and political organizations, and have an understanding of cross cultural communication
- have a high stress treshold
- want to further develop your competencies and contribute to other team members development
Courses, events and career coaching As a Peak consultant you will become a part of Peak Consulting Groups professional and social network, and be able to take the markets most relevant certifications, some of which Peak hosts ourselves.
