Recruiting process
The recruiting process for becoming either an employed consultant or an associate consultant (working freelance taking on specific assignments) in Peak, the recruiting process remain the same.
Both your professional and academic track record as well as your interpersonal skills are relevant qualifications. The foundation of Peak is our values and the culture that we have worked hard to achieve, and which is something that you will carry along in your daily work, when working for Peak.
Peaks recruiting process builds on a series of interviews, with the purpose of understanding your professional competencies and personality and its fit with Peaks and Peaks clients culture.
The process which is outlined below, can be stopped at any time, by either party:
- Reviewing of resume and initiation of dialogue
Initial dialogue about how it is to work in Peak and your expectations about Peak
Purpose: to ensure that there is a match, and a foundation on which to continue the process.
- Interview session 1
You will be interviewed regarding your professional skill set, we will go through you latest projects and discuss your industry insights.
Purpose: for Peak to understand the project contexts that you have been in previously, your thoughts and reflections on your skill set. This is done in order for Peak to establish you competence level
- Follow up on two references
We always take two references on each candidate, in order to get a more balanced view on who you are, and how it is to work with you.
- Interview session 2
Based on the information and experiences from your references, we test your people skills in order to evaluate how you match our clients expectations of a Peak Consultant.
Purpose: to ensure that you can work effectively in our clients organizations and can navigate in highly political contacts, working with different personality types and hierarchical roles.
- Sending of Contract offer
Including negotiation, if any, of contractual details.
Purpose: to match the expectations for the role in Peak, and your further personal development
- Introduction in Peak
This includes introduction to processes, tools and the team.
