P3O® – Project-, Programme- and Portfolio Offices is like PRINCE2® and MSP® a Best Practice from the UK Office of Government Office. 
P3O stands for Portfolio, Programme and Project Offices, and is the only Best Practice of its kind..
P3O® is for organizations that wants to strengthen the realization of their strategic objectives. P3O provides processes and tools that can be used to achieve successful planning, resource management, facilitation and management by introducing changes in the business.
P3O also provides tools to establish the business case for its existence and implementation plan.
P3O is for people who are in or are about to create a PMO, project office, program office or portfolio of office and needs the tools, templates and inspiration.
P3O is a method that is gaining ground in Denmark.
Training and certifications
There are two accreditations within P3O: Foundation and Practitioner level
Peak offers the following training within P3O:
- P3O Foundation
- P3O Foundation and Practitioner (combined)
Exams in P3O is developed by the APM Group in coorperation with the Office of Government Commerce (OGC) and The Stationary Office (TSO) and is based upon the official PRINCE2 Manual.
If the delegate chooses to take several exams in continuation and passes them all, the delegate will only received the certificate for the passed exam on the highest exam level
