On this course module you will be introduced and trained in the use of the fundamental project management tools.
You will Project Management as a trade, the project lifecycle and the pre-conditions that needs to be in place in order to deliver a succesful project.

Certification

When participating on the Peak Project Manager Education Programme, which consists of 4 modules, the elements of the NCB book "Competencies in Project Management" will be covered. This means that you will develop the professional and people skills neccessary before taking the IPMA level D, C or B certification.
The level you want to be certified in also depends on your level of project experience.
