On this module you build on your basic project management competencies from "Get an overview as Project Manager". You will strengthen you understanding, experience and application possibilities of the project management tool set.

Certification

When participating on the Peak Project Manager Education Programme, which consists of 4 modules, the elements of the NCB book "Competencies in Project Management" will be covered. This means that you will develop the professional and people skills neccessary before taking the IPMA level D, C or B certification.
The level you want to be certified in also depends on your level of project experience.
