As a consultant with Peak Consulting Group you are first and foremost working with a serious consultancy with good customer relations and a second-to-none customer portfolio.

Our consultants are grouped in the following way

• Peak Employee
  You are ensured a high monthly salary and a percentage of you invoiced hours. This association is the strongest, and as a Peak employee you may not offer your services outside Peak.Consulting Group
• Peak Associate
  As a Peak Associate we have first priority to your services, but are we not succesfull in selling your services at an agreed deadline you are free to accept other contracts. As a Peak Associate you will experience that Peak Consulting Group go to great lenghts in order to sell your services at your rate. Furthermore, you get access to Peak's best practice documents and best practice, and can participate on our industry teams.
• Peak Freelancer
  The Peak Freelancer is the loosest form of co-operation, where you as a consultant is associated Peak Consulting Group in such a way, that we will do a good job at selling you at your rate, but you can freely choose between contracts with other partners as well..

Once you have experienced the Peak, you don't want to leave

Our goal is that you as a consultant with Peak Consulting Group do not want to be represented elsewhere, and that you yourself want to contribute to the further success of Peak Consulting Group.

Peak's aim is to participate actively in all projects where we our consultants engaged, so that we have a close dialogoue with you as well as taking an advisory role towards our customers. In this way you will get qualified sparring from us throughout the project and we will introduce you to the rest of the Peak team and Peak network., so that you can take advantage of our vast knowledge- and competence pool.

Courses, seminars and career coaching

As a Peak consultant you will be a part of our competence and social network, where you can participate in our meetings every second months as well as good offers on the best certifications in the market place.
