Stakeholder Engagement
This workshop provides you with high strength best practice approaches, techniques and skills to effectively engage those who influence, have an interest in or are impacted by change situations in your organisation. Using the simple yet powerful ‘wheel of engagement’ principle we will show you how to ‘demystify’ stakeholder engagement and turn it into a ‘can-do’ discipline and in turn improve the chance of success and quality of outcomes of changes.

You will be equipped with new ways of thinking and tools for immediate use outside the training room and these will allow you to create effective & efficient strategies and plans to address the needs of each stakeholder whether delivered through Projects, Programmes or change control in business operations. Whether your stakeholders are seen to be ‘external’ to the change situation or your organisation, or are embedded internally, the ‘wheel of engagement’ approach, allied with appropriate tools and techniques, will enable you to combine the strengths of each party with their needs and perspective to realise the results needed to support the change.
