This course is a part of the Peak Project Manager Education Programme, and is registered with the Danish IPMA chapter

On this module you will learn the basic principles within team management, coaching and facilitation. You will get tools on how to create a winning team.

Certification

When participating on the Peak Project Manager Education Programme, which consists of 4 modules, the elements of the NCB book "Competencies in Project Management" will be covered. This means that you will develop the professional and people skills neccessary before taking the IPMA level D, C or B certification.
The level you want to be certified in also depends on your level of project experience.
