Søren Porskrog
CONSULTANT

Søren is recognized for the implementation of large and complex projects and programmes for large global companies.

His goal is to create, facilitate and support the dynamism and growth of its surroundings through the willingness to grow as a person and as a company. He is very business oriented, and focus in particular to see through, comprehend and organize large, complex projects.

That is precisely why Soren is often sought after for jobs regarding complex program management. He is a true project strategist who also manages to be an empathetic, solution-oriented leader.

Søren has an MBA from Henley and is doing her PhD at Cranfield University. He is also accredited in PRINCE2®, MSP®, OPM3®, PMP® and IPMA®.

  

Henrik Timm
CONSULTANT & TRAINER

Henrik has extensive experience in program management, project management and quality management. Henrik has a background as a project manager at SDC, Railnet Denmark and DanaData and program and team leader at the National Police.

Henrik holds a M.Sc. Merc. and has a sociology degree at RUC base. Henrik is certified in IPMA and is also IPMA Assessor. Henry is certified in PRINCE2 and MSP.

Nikolaj Raahauge
CONSULTANT & TRAINER

Nikolaj has for several years has worked in particular telecommunications and the financial sector where he has worked with project management, portfolio management, establishment of program offices and risk management.
Nikolaj has worked with ComX Networks, Carlsberg and PBS / NemID

Nikolaj has extensive experience with implementing Best Practices within both Project and Program Management.

Nikolaj is accredited PRINCE2 instructor, and also accredited in Test Management (ISTQB), MSP and M_o_R® (Management of Risk).

Jens Christensen
CONSULTANT

Jens’ focus is on program management, project management and IT management. He has solved high-risk tasks for large private and semi-public enterprises, where his responsibility has been on managing IT infrastructure, implementation of new IT technology and the development and communication of IT strategy.

Jens is good at getting an overview of a project, break it into activities and concrete actions and navigate in relation to risk and change. Jens has worked for such clients as IBM, Office of Government commerce, Coop, Debitel and CyberCity.

Jens is Cand merc - strategy, organization and management.
Jens is certified PMP, and accredited in PRINCE2, MSP and P3O®.

Lisbeth Hylke Thomsen
CONSULTANT & TRAINER

Lisbeth has more than 25 years’ experience in project management at all levels. Lisbeth has worked as project manager, program manager, steering committee member and chairman preferably in IT projects and was looking for an IT maintenance department. She has worked as a consultant for both customers and suppliers and has experience from both the private and the public.

She has always focused on quality in project work and has devoted considerable energies on process improvements, development of project models and software testing.

During the past 10 years, Lisbeth granted self-help through counseling, coaching, workshops, process facilitation and teaching. 
  
Lisbeth is certified in project-program management (IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2, MSP), software testing (ISEB / ISTQB) and accredited teacher in PRINCE2 and ISTQB. She is also a certified NLP Practitioner Coach. Lisbeth holds an M.Sc. in computer science and physical education from the Copenhagen University.

Ellinor Örbom
CONSULTANT

Ellinor is a focused, ambitious and analytical project manager with a solid background in both engineering and humanities. Ellinor has several years’ experience in major projects from Carlsberg, NETS and Arla, where the roles with roles as project manager, project and test coordinator and programme office.

Ellinor has worked with design and development of functional specifications and test cases, support and education of users. Ellinor works structured and quality-conscious, with good communication skills and a strong commitment.

Ellinor is Bachelor in Data and System Science and is certified in test management (ISTQB), ITIL® v. 3, PRINCE2 and P3O.
