Peak Consulting Group’s pay-per-view network is for you who are actively pursuing winningsstreaming and seeking new inspiration from the like-minded. We gather network participants from both the private and public sectors, as the challenges are similar to each other, more than they differ. The typical networking day will include:

Dilemma, cases and good experiences from the participants. It may be a presentation, or in smaller groups of interest
Reflect from Peak with training in specific subjects. It could be the facilitation of profit, complex changes, controlling for gains, both from the project manager and managing the group’s perspective, etc.
Posting from external researchers or companies – related to a specific topic.

You help to set the agenda for meetings so that focus is on the challenges and topics that the participants think is important.
Examples of topics could be:

What can I do to support a winning culture in my organization?
What can I do when the project owner and the winner do not want to take responsibility for business case and winnings?
What can I do to make measurements serious?
What can I do for the organization to shift focus from deliveries to changes and gains?
